Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with labels, and in its original packaging.

In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a picture of the bottle to us along with the order number on Whatsapp 9834032677 or Email us at info@honeyworld.co.in and we will look into it and initiate another replacement to your order which will reach you at the earliest .If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

In the event of a product being damaged which is very unlikely, please take a picture of the same and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received, whatsapp to 9834032677.We will analyse the loss and initiate another replacement to fulfills your loss which will reach you at the earliest. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This parcel should reach you at the earliest. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order is submitted, Please let us know immediately within 2 hours call 9834032677. Once the parcel is dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
